WE CHANGE THE WAY PEOPLE FLOURISH IN ORGANIZATIONS.
At Flourister, we believe that everyone has the right to flourish, both personally and professionally. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to foster adult learning through horizontal and vertical development, in a socially connected way.
Evolving to the next level of maturity, to a more integrated view of oneself and the world, enabling oneself to gain insight into the own process of sense making, and transforming the way how one influences and integrates reality.
Building skills and competences and expanding the capacity in dealing with matters at work through training, self-learning and exposing oneself to a socially connected world.
Flourishing at Work
That’s our vision.
Behavioural change is possible
Lasting change takes time, but it is possible. New neural pathways can be established through reflection and habit-forming, which is why we place such importance on agile learning within a collaborative culture.
Personal mastery includes taking on risks
Engaging in a public arena, taking risks and embracing vulnerability are powerful drivers of change. Asking for structured feedback, learning and adapting in a social setting accelerates personal growth.
Action inspires reflection
Reflective, peer-based learning is an effective method for building new habits, changing behaviors and developing holistically. It leads to higher self-efficacy, stronger relationships and greater engagement.
Support enables personal growth
Developing yourself, changing behaviors and adapting to more desirable habits is a challenging task. Safe spaces and social support from trusted peers, mentors and coaches is the perfect environment for growth.
Better Me + Better You = Better Us
When individuals are motivated to reflect and develop, to foster optimism and positive relationships, and to grow in self-esteem and resilience, we all thrive.
